I own the artwork and have the right to upload the works on my social media.

I have the right to stream the work progress publicly unless specificly requested otherwise.

Please give proper credit to me if you post your commission on your socials.

Do not claim my work as your own.

Payment : via VGen, must be made upfront unless otherwise discussed beforehand.

Refunds : 70% refund before I started working on your commission. No refunds after the work has begun. However, if I cannot complete your order I will issue a full refund.

Revisions : You are allowed to ask for multiple revisions during the sketching phase. However once the sketch is approved I will only allow minor revisions.

Live2d rigs are non-refundable

Personal use : You are allowed to do whatever with your commission as long as it's for personal use ONLY and NOT for sale!

Commercial use : If you're making money with your commission it is considered commercial use. Then an additional 100%-150% of the base price will apply. Please ask me if you are unsure your request is considered commercial use.

I accept REASONABLE deadline requests, however it usually takes 2 weeks up to 3 months for me to finish your commission depending on the complexity.

In case of an adoptable, you retain the rights to the character design.

In case of an adoptable, I do not offer and accept refunds on adoptables under any circumstances.

NSFW : as for now I do not accept NSFW requests.

I do not draw furries, porn and mecha.

I have the right to deny your request for any reason.

Do not in any way alter and edit my work without my permission.

Issuing a chargeback without contacting me first will get you blacklisted.
